We will make necessary corrections, offer a replacement, or provide a service credit for future use.

30-Day Replacement Policy

If your request is not progressing as expected, you may request a replacement within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, any refund request will be processed as service credit, which can be used for future services.

Cancellation & Earned Fee Deduction

Before approving a replacement or service credit, we make every effort to complete the service. If a cancellation is requested, a cancellation fee, earned fee, and any government fees paid will be deducted. However, in the case of a service change, the cancellation fee will not apply.

If significant time and resources have already been invested in your request, we will deduct those costs and issue the remaining balance as a service credit. Under any circumstances, a maximum of 30% of the total fee may be refunded.

Service Change Option

If you wish to switch to a different service, you can request a change within 30 days of purchase. The original service price will be adjusted after deducting any applicable fees and government charges. If the new service is of the same or higher value, there will be no additional deduction of 30%.

Limitations & Responsibilities

  • Government Delays: While we handle documentation, the approval process depends on government authorities. Delays due to backlogs or website issues (such as MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI, Startup India, etc.) are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s duty to ensure that submitted details and documents are accurate. Elvez Lifefintech is not responsible for any penalties or additional costs incurred due to errors in submission.
  • No Guarantee on Outcomes: Some applications, such as trademarks or registrations, may be rejected by government authorities for reasons beyond our scope. In such cases, a refund will not be applicable.

Force Majeure

Elvez Lifefintech will not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or non-fulfillment of services caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, war, labor strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
